Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)

The safe work method statement (SWMS) template is commonly used to identify work that is high risk construction work, the hazards and risks of that work and how the control measures will control the risks.

Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

The Job Safety Analysis (JSA) template can be used for listing each task or activity within a piece of work and the hazards and risk associated with each task or activity. Control measures can be documented to each task or activity to eliminate or reduce those hazards and risks from causing injury or illnesses.

Workplace Inspection Checklist (WIC)

The workplace inspection checklist template allows you to check and monitor a workplace is managing their risks and hazards by developing and checking against a set of questions developed by the user. Users can take photos, create an action list and sign off and record their findings by documenting the date and time.

Risk Assessment (RA)

The basic risk assessment template provides users with a 3×3 risk matrix where the user can assess a task or activity inherent risk rating and then further assess the risk rating once controls are in place.

The user can determine what level of risk may occur by assigning a grading against the consequence and likelihood categories.

The standard operating procedure (SOP) is a step by step set of instructions to provide workers with guidance on operating tasks or activities. The SOP breaks the steps into four categories and identifies hazards, risks and personal protective equipment to perform the operation.
